1. WHAT IS REMY HAIR?

   ANY HUMAN HAIR CAN BE REMY! Remy Hair is categorized as ‘premium’ and has its cuticle intact and running in the same direction "unidirectional cuticle" to prevent tangling. Remy hair is not always virgin hair, once virgin hair has been colored or chemically processed in any way it is referred to as Remy. Remy means the hair's cuticles are facing the direction in which they grew. The cuticles protect the hair from damage and give the hair its natural look which is why Remy hair is in high demand.
   

    

    

2. WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?

   VIRGIN HAIR ONLY COMES IN NATURAL COLORS! IT IS HAIR DONATED FROM A LIVE HUMAN BEING. The highest quality weave/extension hair available to purchase. "Virgin Hair", has never been processed. It is human hair which is still in its original state as harvested from the donor, and which has not been permed, colored, or chemically processed in any way.

4. WHY DOES HAIR SHED?

   There are various reasons hair sheds. Products being used on your extensions, dirt in your extensions, improper installation, and many more. We are not responsible for shedding hair. We have test ALL origins of hair to make sure we bring you the best.
   

    

5. How often should I wash my extensions?

   It depends on the person. Some clients wash there hair every couple of days and some wait 2 full months. If your extensions are shedding more then normal, it is probably time to wash them.
   

    

6. WHAT ORIGINS DO YOU CARRY?

   Indian Hair has its own inherent advantages: it is coarse, strong, and versatile. If used in its natural state, it has a wave pattern. Hair can be straighten or wet to be worn in natural wave pattern.
   
   Brazilian Hair is a thicker texture then all other extension/weave hair. The hair can be naturally straight, curly, or wavy. It is one of the more expensive extensions/weaves available for purchase.
   
   Chinese Hair is naturally silky straight and dark in colors. This hair doesn’t hold a curl! It’s great for a long silky look!
   
   European Hair is a popular form of hair. It has a straight and soft texture. This type of hair is the only type that comes as blond or reddish brown in virgin Remy. Adequate care must be taken as the market is flooded with fakes.

1. WHAT IS THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT I CAN BOOK?

   Monday thru Friday the earliest appointment available is 8am. Saturday the earliest appointment is 7am and Sunday the earliest appointment is 11am.

    

    

2. HOW LONG DOES A SEW IN TAKE?

   GENERALLY IT TAKES OUR STYLIST 2 HOURS TO DO A COMPLETE SEW IN. IT WILL TAKE LONGER IF MORE SERVICES ARE NEEDED, SUCH AS, A TAKE DOWN, OR WASH BEFORE THE SEW IN STARTS.

    

    

3. HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR IS INCLUDED IN THE SEW IN SPECIAL?

   2 BUNDLES COME WITH ANY SEW IN SPECIAL UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

    

4. IF I WANT 3 BUNDLES HOW MUCH EXTRA IS IT?

   IF YOU WANT 3 BUNDLES, YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COST OF THE ADDITIONAL BUNDLE PLUS AN EXTRA $25 FOR SEWING IN THE 3RD BUNDLE.

    

5. HOW MUCH IS JUST A SEW IN?

   SEW IN SERVICES START AT $95. ADD ON SERVICES MAY MAKE THIS FEE GO UP.

    

    

6. ARE YOU OPEN ON SUNDAY?

7. HOW MUCH EXTRA IS A FULL SEW IN?

   A FULL SEW IN WITH NO HAIR LEFT OUT IS AN ADDITIONAL $15. INVISIBLE PART SEW IN IS AN ADDITIONAL $35.

    

    

8. IS THE HAIR INCLUDED IN THE $160 SPECIAL GOOD HAIR?

   THE HAIR INCLUDED IN THE $160 IS INDIAN REMY SILVER HAIR. THIS HAIR WILL LAST 3-4 MONTHS WITH PROPER CARE. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO SHEDDING. NO TANGLING OR MATTING. THIS HAIR IS A FAVOR AMONG OUR CLIENTS.

    

    

9. IS THE STYLIST GOOD?

   YES WE HAVE THE BEST STYLIST! OUR STYLIST WORK WITH ALL TYPES OF HAIR AND TEXTURES. SHORT HAIR TO LONG HAIR TO BARELY ANY HAIR. WE HAVE A CLIENT BOOK TO SEE PREVIOUS WORK AS WELL AS WE OFFER A FREE CONSULTATION SO POTENTIAL CLIENTS CAN GET A FEEL OF THE STYLIST.

    

    

10. DO ALL SEW INS INCLUDE A STYLE?

    NO, SOME SEW IN SPECIALS DO NOT INCLUDE A STYLE. WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE ASK.

     

     

11. DO YOU SELL NAME BRAND HAIR?

    YES WE HAVE A FULL LINE OF NAME BRAND HAIR. THE SAME HAIR YOU WOULD FIND IN THE BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE.

     

     

12. DO THE STYLIST OVERBOOK?

    NO WE GIVE PERSONALIZE APPOINTMENT TIMES TO EACH CLIENT. IT IS VERY RARE WE ARE BEHIND AND THAT A CLIENT WOULD HAVE TO WAIT.
